Responsibilities

Provide exceptional support to customers in German through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Assist clients with the booking process, including making, modifying, and canceling reservations as needed.

Troubleshoot any issues related to bookings and offer effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance and service improvement.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.

Keep up-to-date with company policies, travel offerings, and promotions to share accurate information with customers.
Requirements

Fluency in German (both written and spoken), with English proficiency as an advantage.

Previous experience in customer service, especially within the travel or hospitality industries, is preferred.
