Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support in German across various channels including phone, email, and live chat for logistics inquiries.

Requirements

Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or transportation sector, is highly desirable.
