Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer support in French through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat for FinTech-related inquiries.

Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.

Requirements

Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.

Previous experience in customer service, especially within the FinTech or financial services industry, is preferred.
