Your Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire recruitment process, from crafting engaging job descriptions to facilitating offer negotiations.

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a bonus.

Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is advantageous but not a must—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are highly valued!
