Key Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel-related questions via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.

Provide detailed information about accommodations, services, and promotions available on Booking.com.

Assist customers in resolving issues related to their travel plans and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Effectively handle customer complaints, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience.

Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for quality assurance and follow-up.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance service delivery and optimize customer experience.

Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and Booking.com policies to offer accurate assistance.
Requirements

Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.
