Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch through various platforms including phone, email, and chat for tech-related inquiries.

Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and service inquiries, ensuring they receive timely and accurate support.

Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively and ensure a positive user experience.

Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system and track resolutions for frequent issues.

Gather feedback from customers to identify service improvement opportunities and enhance our offerings.

Stay updated on the latest company products, services, and technological developments to support customers efficiently.
Requirements

Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology sector, is highly desirable.
