Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding smart home appliances through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

Maintain meticulous documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
