In this role, you will be essential in providing top-notch customer service to Dutch-speaking clients, helping them with their travel and booking needs to ensure an outstanding experience.
Responsibilities

Assist customers in Dutch through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat, resolving their inquiries and concerns.

Guide clients through the booking process, including making, modifying, and canceling their reservations as needed.

Troubleshoot any issues related to bookings, providing effective and timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system for quality assurance and service improvement.

Collaborate with other teams to quickly resolve complex customer issues and ensure a high level of service.

Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and travel offerings to share accurate and helpful information with clients.
Requirements

Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken), with proficiency in English as an advantage.

Prior experience in customer service, especially within the travel or hospitality industries, is preferred.
