Key Responsibilities

Monitor user-generated content and platform activity to detect potential safety issues or violations.

Investigate reported safety incidents using analytical methods to determine appropriate responses.

Collaborate with technical, legal, and safety teams to develop robust policies and enforce community guidelines.

Prepare detailed reports and updates for stakeholders based on findings and trends.

Stay updated on digital safety trends, emerging risks, and best practices to proactively enhance platform security.

Engage with users and internal teams to raise awareness and educate on digital safety protocols.
Requirements

Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential; strong English skills are advantageous.

Previous experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively.

Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with team members and users.
