In this role, you will be the primary contact for Czech-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support and assistance for their travel bookings and inquiries.
Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries in Czech via phone, email, and chat, delivering comprehensive support for their travel needs.

Assist clients throughout the booking process, including modifications, cancellations, and other travel-related questions.

Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Document customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate records for quality assurance.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer inquiries and enhance the overall experience.

Requirements

Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken), with English proficiency considered an advantage.
