Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer support in Dutch via multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat related to tourism services.

Assist customers with inquiries about bookings, travel itineraries, accommodations, and local attractions.

Work closely with our travel agents and partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system and follow up as needed.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.

Stay informed about industry trends and local attractions in Greece to provide valuable recommendations to customers.
Requirements

Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.

Experience in customer service, particularly within the tourism or hospitality industry, is highly desirable.
