Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer support in Croatian via phone, email, and live chat for travel inquiries, bookings, and arrangements.

Assist customers with information regarding travel packages, itineraries, modifications, and cancellations.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience.

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

Requirements

Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or tourism sector, is highly desirable.
