In this key role, you will provide exceptional customer support to Croatian-speaking clients, assisting them with their travel and booking needs to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities

Engage with customers in Croatian through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries and concerns.

Assist clients with the booking process, including making, modifying, and canceling their reservations.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to bookings, providing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements
