Key Responsibilities:

Platform Ownership: Own day-to-day content and growth for X and Telegram (including channels and groups).

Content Strategy: Build and execute weekly/monthly content calendars covering both Sports and Casino verticals.

Creative Execution: Produce high-performing formats including threads, match day posts, odds highlights, polls, memes, short clips, and promotional posts.

Telegram Operations: Manage pinned posts, welcome flows, moderation rules, and anti-scam messaging.

Growth Tactics: Execute cross-promotions, shoutouts, micro-influencer deals, community swaps, and partner coordination.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with VIP, CRM, and Support teams to route leads and inquiries properly.

Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (joins, reach, engagement, clicks, registrations) and optimize strategies based on data.

Brand Integrity: Maintain a consistent brand tone and ensure all content complies with internal guidelines.
Requirements:

Experience: 2–4 years in social media or community management roles (iGaming experience is a significant plus).

Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of Telegram growth mechanics and X engagement strategies.

Subject Knowledge: Comfortable with iGaming content (sports betting + casino) and capable of working within fast daily cycles.

Communication: Excellent copywriting skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).

Technical Skills: Basic design or video editing ability (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe basics) is a plus.

Mindset: KPI-driven, highly organized, and able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
