This role is responsible for the Media ROI learning plan for multiple brands in Europe helping the Marketing teams for continued success against the ROI targets. We are searching for someone skilled in operating within a matrix organization, bringing together and align cross-functional partners (Consumer Experience, Marketing), key Publisher partners (e.g., Google, Meta) and Analytics providers (Circana, Nielsen, Redmill). This role is also leveraging advanced analytic tools to identify opportunities to optimize media effectiveness and ROI. One line is reporting into this role (Sr Analyst).

Skills/Leadership Competencies:
Analytical – Expertise in statistical techniques/modelling. Outstanding data analysis and problem-solving skills, able to distil business insights in a clear, logical manner.

Required Experience:
Experience within marketing analytics, data science, media, consulting, or related fields.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
Additional Qualifications:
Strong academic background in marketing, analytics, economics or business.
Experience in advanced audience analytics, Marketing Mix Measurement, real-time measurement tools, 0/1st party consumer data, optimization.
Experience in data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI.
Experience in manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources and across the organization.
The role can also be offered on a part-time basis (80%+).
