In this role, you will plan, execute and integrate a range of communications activities including content development, publishing, measurement and other operations in coordination with other teams and stakeholders both internal and external. You also plan and execute Public and Government Affairs activities to advocate for Mondelēz International’s interests and coordinate a range of related transactions or communications with the public and government officials.
How you will contribute
You will design and deliver outstanding media relations, government affairs, and internal communications and community engagement campaigns across markets. This role will require you to think globally and collaborate with colleagues from around the world to share best practices. You will also promote the latest innovations and investments in the market to keep our people engaged in the transformation and to partner with government officials so we can make changes to our operating model and ways of working. In addition to these contributions, you will manage all aspects of communications channels; nurture relationships with Tier 1 corporate media; drive news coverage that promotes Mondelēz International; support local leadership and their teams, stakeholders and other functions internal communications activities, and ensure that activities are delivered within budget.

What you need to know about this position:
You will help promote the latest functional news to keep teams engaged in our digital transformation and will partner with cross-functional teams as we evolve our operating model and ways of working. In this highly visible role, you will also:
- Manage all aspects of owned communications channels, including the Communications calendar, with input from appropriate stakeholders (Leadership team members, business partners, project leads, etc.)
- Nurture relationships with key stakeholders and members of the MDS (Mondelez Digital Services - Global) Leadership Team (LT), providing communications advice, guidance and executional support
- Support the Global Communications Lead in developing the annual communications plan
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce copy for internal campaigns and articles
- Lead recognition, capability and HR communications and campaigns.
- Create news coverage that promotes the brand and reputation of the digital and technology function to the broader enterprise
- Ensure that all communications are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
We are looking for a colleague with the desire to help lead the digital future of Mondelēz International. You will bring:
- Relevant qualification preferred
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in internal / employee communications, preferably in a global organization
- Passion for learning and demonstrated success in applying new skills on the job
- Outstanding written and spoken communication skills, including copywriting and editing
- Advanced presentation design skills (e.g., PowerPoint)
- Experience in SharePoint design and email platforms (like Staffbase) a plus
- Working knowledge of MS Office, including MS Teams
- Video and audio production experience a plus (script writing, production, editing)
- Knowledge of creative photo / design editing software is an asset (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Premiere)
- Solid understanding of project management principles
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
- Proficient command of English
