The Business Analyst is responsible for developing and monitoring market, performance and process analyses to support the setting and management of Transformation & Strategy Dept. activities geared toward the evolution and innovation of the company's business strategy and organizational model.
Its main responsibilities are

ensure accurate business intelligence of market trends and competitor behavior through online and offlline sources/channels from an omnichannel perspective

monitor performance and process analysis in accordance with the company's revenue and profitability goals

support organizational changes with a view to continuous improvement and updating of business processes in order to achieve Business objectives through control actions, analysis and modeling
