That’s what we build. At Manometric, we design and produce custom orthoses using proprietary 3D scanning, smart software and scalable production. We bring cutting-edge technology to bear on the age-old orthopedic industry. Growing rapidly, we face a host of scaling challenges that require true systems thinking. To solve these challenges as fast as they arise, we're hiring a Digital Solutions Lead, with end-to-end ownership of our hardest business problems.
The role you play in our growth
You are the leading edge of the software team, addressing complex and ambiguous challenges like:

How do we ensure our practitioners are focused on the patient instead of admin?

How do we set up an ERP for rapidly scaling production volume?

How do we manage health insurance declarations in complex foreign markets?
You own these challenges end-to-end

You define the problem from the initial vague need

You decide the approach: build, buy, educate or push back

You design the solution, creating briefs, wireframes or a proof of concept

You make the solution reality, either

Building yourself using AI and off-the-shelf tools

Enabling our engineers to own it

You drive successful implementation by training users and tracking success

You run the solution until you’ve transferred it to a permanent owner
You report to Tjebbe (Head of Software), who helps you with prioritization and how to tackle these problems most effectively. You’ve crushed it in 12 months if you made multiple vague and complex problems disappear. People don’t remember that they were once problems. Now they just work.
Who we are looking for
You are a great fit if you:

Have 2–6 years of operating experience in a rapidly scaling environment where processes were still being built.

Are a barrel . You have successfully owned complex projects: product launches, market entries or software implementations. You have a track record of turning failing projects into major successes.

Have experience building software, configuring off-the-shelf systems or creating internal tooling. You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you need to be a systems thinker and builder.

Use AI tooling in smart ways to rapidly analyze problems and create solutions. You can teach us something we don’t yet know about how to get value out of Claude.

Have worked extensively with non-technical teams. You demonstrably understand their context and have greatly improved their ways of working in ways that they themselves didn’t yet know they needed.

Want to drive impact as an individual contributor and operator. Spending a day laser focused on a problem energizes you.

You’re fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
