You analyze business processes and systems, among other things, in order to come up with and implement improvement projects. You work on these projects from A to Z in the areas of efficiency, transport, warehousing and customs. You have a lot of freedom in organizing and planning your tasks and no two days are the same. As a Warehouse Engineer you know how to translate the needs of internal and external stakeholders into processes and systems. In this position you have a lot of contact with colleagues from various departments and you strive to ensure that this collaboration runs as smoothly as possible. You will work in a young and dynamic team. Job Responsibilities: Analyzing, developing and optimizing business processes within the Warehouse Preparing both internal and external KPI reports Translating internal and external needs into operational processes Making cost-benefit analyses, monitoring and reporting the results achieved Think along and provide input so that processes and procedures are continuously improved Initiating and implementing improvement projects within the Warehouse Maintaining the overall overview and ensuring that improvement processes are completed completely and timely Ensuring correct coordination and information transfer to and between various internal and external stakeholders Qualifications: You have at least an HBO working and thinking level, preference for a completed education in logistics or (technical) business administration Experience in the logistics sector is an advantage Experience with project-based work is an advantage You are able to look critically at business processes, think conceptually and have strong analytical skills You have a great sense of responsibility and are intrinsically motivated to take the organization to a higher level You are enterprising, flexible and a go-getter You are strong in planning and organizing and easily make contact with people.
