Sales Strategy & Business Planning Develop and execute the vehicle sales strategy, annual sales targets, and implementation plans for the Spanish market, aligned with the company’s overall strategy; Define product mix, pricing strategy, sales rhythm, and dealer sales policies based on market conditions and competitive analysis; Conduct regular sales performance analysis and provide business insights and recommendations to management. 2. Sales System & Process Development Build the local vehicle sales organization, structure, roles, and responsibilities from 0–1; Establish sales processes, KPIs, target breakdown mechanisms, and performance management systems; Drive standardization and digitalization of sales operations through CRM, DMS, and sales reporting tools. 3. Dealer Sales Management Manage dealer sales performance, ensuring achievement of sales targets and healthy sell-out; Monitor dealer inventory levels, sales efficiency, and price execution; Implement dealer incentive programs, sales policies, and commercial terms in coordination with HQ; Work closely with the Dealer Network and After Sales teams to ensure strong end-to-end dealer operations. 4. Volume Delivery & Market Expansion Drive vehicle sales volume, market penetration, and revenue growth; Support new model launches, sales campaigns, and regional market expansion; Coordinate with Marketing & PR teams to improve lead conversion and retail performance. 5. Pricing, Inventory & Risk Management Manage vehicle pricing discipline and prevent price erosion or channel conflicts; Oversee dealer inventory planning, stock turnover, and risk mitigation; Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to optimize vehicle supply, delivery timing, and cash efficiency. 6. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration Build, lead, and develop the local sales team (regional sales, dealer sales, key account roles); Set clear objectives, manage performance, and develop sales capabilities; Work closely with Marketing, After Sales, Product, Dealer Network, Finance, and HQ teams; Act as the key vehicle sales interface between HQ and the local organization. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields; 10+ years of experience in automotive vehicle sales, including at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role; OEM or large automotive group experience is required; new energy / EV sales experience is a strong plus; Experience in building or scaling vehicle sales operations (0–1 or expansion) in European markets is highly preferred. Strong understanding of vehicle sales operations, dealer management, and channel performance; Proven ability to develop sales strategies and drive execution; Familiarity with sales systems such as CRM, DMS, and sales analytics tools; Strong data-driven decision-making, negotiation, and risk management skills; Ability to balance sales volume, profitability, brand positioning, and channel health. Spanish: Native or business-fluent English: Business-fluent Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
