Position Title Technical Director (RAN) Position Type Fixed term contract Start Date June 2025 Duration 12 months Location Warsaw, Poland Contact: Minghui Han | +49 1721401062 You will take the overall responsibility of technical management and delivery of our client’s 5G RAN project Responsibilities: Assuming overall technical management of the project Transforming the pre-sales technical solution into a viable engineering solution, guiding customer requirements and avoiding project risks. Develops the technical implementation solution and plan and is responsible for project milestones and meeting contractually agreed KPIs. Setting up milestones and breaking down the technical implementation plan into concrete subtasks. Be responsible for developing and structuring the workflow for the technical delivery team. Organizing available resources, assigning responsibilities within the team, and working out a performance evaluation system. Participating in technical discussions and meetings between the project team and the customer to develop the work plan and the list of customer requirements. Using the work plan and the worked out list to drive the achievement of project milestones and ensure the implementation. Organization of training sessions for the backup CTOs and the entire technical team to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Requirements: Bachelor or above education in Telecommunication, Electronics Engineering / IT or equivalent At least 10 years working experience in telecommunication field, with strong technical background in RAN, Microwave, Network planning and optimization, network operation and maintenance etc) Have strong customer relationship and team management skills Proactive, self-motivated, strong communication skill.
