Position Title Site Supervisor Position Type Fixed term contract Start Date September 2025 Duration 12 months with possible extension Location Warsaw, Poland Contact: Minghui Han | +49 1721401062 Responsibilities: Taking responsibility for detailed design of wireless sites, including but not limited to soil test/structure analysis, producing detailed site design drawings and reports, and ensuring the design is properly disclosed. Collaborating closely with the engineering design manager to ensure the design complies with Manage RAN site construction and installation activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, technical specifications, and safety standards. Resolve on-site issues during engineering delivery, including civil works, equipment installation, and integration support. Participate in project planning and execution; monitor milestone progress and delivery schedules. Work closely with subcontractors in site survey, joint design, and implementation phases. Conduct technical review and on-site validation of site design: equipment layout, antenna positioning, cable routing, grounding, and environmental preparation. Maintain accurate records of construction activities, design changes, and daily progress updates. Track project performance metrics, including: Milestone Achievement Rate Schedule Performance Index (SPI) = EV / PV Ensure timely reporting of site progress, risks, and corrective actions. Support site integration and acceptance in collaboration with RAN commissioning teams. Undergo training on RAN project processes, tools, and technical standards; participate in regular competency assessments. Requirements: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in RAN/telecom site engineering, especially in wireless access network deployment. Proven experience working with subcontractors and managing construction conflicts or emergencies independently. Familiar with RAN rollout procedures, including site preparation, equipment mounting, and integration readiness. Proficient in Excel, site reporting tools, and technical documentation. Strong communication and coordination skills; basic English and Polish proficiency preferred. Able to work under pressure with a proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible work attitude.
