Position Title: ServiceNow Tester Position Type Permanent Start Date: ASAP Location: Luxembourg City Contact: Bojan Ulemek | +4989238898671 Job Description: Responsible for validating ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and integrations to ensure solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and platform best practices before production deployment. Responsibilities Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Request, Problem, etc.). Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on ServiceNow implementations. Validate workflows, business rules, SLAs, forms, and reports against requirements. Log, track, and retest defects in collaboration with developers and functional teams. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure test evidence is properly documented. Ensure compliance with quality, governance, and audit requirements. Required Skills & Experience: Experience testing ServiceNow applications and ITSM processes. Good understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform functionality. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and defect management experience. Familiarity with test management tools and documentation practices. ServiceNow or ISTQB certification is a plus.
