Position Title: Sales Training Specialist Position Type Permanent Start Date: ASAP Location: Madrid, Spain Milan, Italy Contact: Bianca Papa | +49(0)89238898673 Responsibilities Based on the company’s product performance, functional configuration, and global positioning, and in line with the structure of relevant market segments in Spain / Italy, extract localized product selling points and develop product training materials. To support brand building, benchmark the positioning and corporate image of Chinese automakers in Spain / Italy, refine a local brand positioning that aligns with the company’s global brand strategy and European strategy, and prepare brand training materials. In alignment with the overall product launch plan, develop comprehensive new product launch training programs for sales staff across the national dealer network. Lead the implementation of new product launch training programs, serving as a sales coach to deliver training sessions to dealer sales personnel, ensuring the content is clear, practical, and easy to understand. Analyze and summarize the effectiveness of product launch training programs, design sales skill enhancement plans for the retail network, and take the lead in their execution. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in overseeing nationwide retail sales training in Spain or Italy; proficient in major Spanish/ Italian dialects/accents, with deep understanding of regional cultural, social, and communication nuances across the country. Proven end-to-end experience in managing new product category launch training in Spain or Italy (including training material development, program design, course delivery, and quality management). Prior experience with cases involving both a new category and a new brand is preferred. Strong knowledge of the overall profile of dealership sales staff in Spain / Italy, including their mindset and lifestyle preferences, with the ability to create emotional resonance and engagement in training sessions. Previous experience working with Chinese, Japanese, or Korean automotive companies is a plus.
