Inventory Management: Perform daily/monthly statistical analysis on vehicle "Purchase-Sales-Inventory" (PSI) and provide timely reports to stakeholders. Marketing Strategy: Achieve corporate KPIs by developing and adjusting automotive marketing strategies aligned with market dynamics. Dealer Management: Conduct daily management, training, and guidance for dealers, while supervising and evaluating sales performance to ensure alignment with targets. Relationship Management: Regularly visit key dealers to maintain relationships and resolve critical issues for key accounts. Customer Satisfaction: Implement Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) surveys and drive rectification measures for complaints or performance gaps. Operational Monitoring: Monitor terminal dealer operations and key account business performance. Retail Marketing & Logistics Execution: Oversee dealer communication content, CI/VI uniformity, and advertising support policies. Finalize monthly orders/production scheduling. Qualifications: +5 years of OEM sales work experience in Italy Sales management experience across the Chinese OEM automotive sector in Italy, is preferred. Proficient in Italian, fluent in English can be used as a working language.
