Responsibilities: Identification and acquisition of new customers for specific applications of motors and fans Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships Support of new projects up to SOP Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve corporate goals Preparation of offers and conducting contract negotiations Market and competitive analyses to identify new business opportunities Close collaboration with product management and the development department Qualifications: Completed technical or business studies or comparable qualification Minimum 3 years of professional experience in technical product sales, preferably in the field of motors and fans. Previous working experience, technical knowledge in the HVAC, medical equipment, or industrial automation sectors, preferred to have Confident demeanor, communication skills, and negotiation skills. Highly motivated, self-reliant, and success-oriented. Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
