Position Title RNO Engineer Position Type Fixed term contract Start Date July 2025 Duration 12 months Location Warsaw, Poland Contact: Minghui Han | +49 1721401062 Responsibilities: Responsible for executing radio network optimization tasks under the guidance of the Radio Network Optimization Manager Conducting network performance measurements (DT/CQT), analyze data, and prepare reports. Supporting the implementation of regional optimization strategies and parameter adjustments. Assisting in preparing and updating preliminary radio network designs and coverage plans. Monitoring network KPIs and participating in performance improvement actions. Troubleshooting and resolving issues in network coverage, quality, and stability. Participating in network acceptance tests such as SSV and cluster-level tests, and providing analysis. Preparing daily/weekly reports based on network performance and optimization activities. Coordinating with subcontractors during optimization-related field activities. Assisting in documenting optimization procedures and parameter tuning records. Supporting customer requests and inquiries with timely technical input and assistance. Attending internal technical training and continuously improving knowledge of RAN optimization. Complying with internal processes and work discipline as required by the company. Sharing technical experiences and lessons learned with fellow engineers to improve team capabilities. Requirements: Bachelor or above education in Telecommunication, Electronics Engineering or equivalent At least 2 -5years working experience in radio network optimization by using DT/CQT tools and post-processing software (e.g., TEMS, Probe, Actix, etc.). Ability to work in field conditions and travel for testing or optimization tasks Knowledge of radio KPIs, handover analysis, parameter tuning, and troubleshooting. Good understanding of radio access technologies such as GSM/WCDMA/LTE/NR. Basic understanding of RAN architecture, call flow, and common signaling procedures. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis. Fluency in English and Polish.
