Execute engineering and field activities as directed by the Project Director, ensuring that all tasks are completed within the specified schedules and cost constraints to support project delivery. Manage project deployments across the full lifecycle in the assigned region, from initial request, design, and installation to commissioning and integration, while developing external partner organizations to assist in large-scale deployments. Communicate with customers regarding regional deployment plans, keeping them informed of project delivery statuses, timelines, and forecasts in a timely and efficient manner. Coordinate with internal project management teams to handle project handovers, troubleshoot issues, and resolve operational challenges promptly and effectively. Collaborate with outsourcing departments to manage subcontractors, addressing any operational challenges related to field activity deployment within the region Work closely with commercial and contract departments to define scopes of work, estimate costs, and perform risk analysis for all service-related activities. Assist in managing the contract acceptance process between customer central teams and internal finance teams, ensuring compliance with revenue recognition guidelines and invoicing targets. Requirements: Bachelor or above education in Telecommunication, Electronics Engineering or equivalent At least 5years working experience in the same or similar role In-depth knowledge of telecommunications, with a focus on wireless transmission systems. Strong ability to maintain customer relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships. Professional attitude with a customer-centric focus, always prioritizing client needs. Fluent in both Polish and English (verbal and written), with strong communication capabilities.
