Position Title: RAN Quality Manager Position Type: 1 year fixed term contract Start Date: July 2025 Location: Warsaw, Poland Contact: Minghui Han | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 34 Responsibilities: Lead and manage the QA team to ensure quality standards in RAN project delivery. Define and implement quality procedures in alignment with engineering and field operations. Monitor project quality performance and drive continuous improvement. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Support project teams during design, installation, integration, and customer acceptance phases. Prepare quality reports and documentation as required. Identify training needs and provide quality-related coaching to the team. Collaborate with internal departments (PMO, Sales, Contracts) to ensure delivery quality. Ensure compliance with internal processes, HSE standards, and customer requirements. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, or a related field. 4+ years of QA experience in the telecom industry, ideally in RAN projects. Solid understanding of wireless deployment and quality standards (e.g., ISO9000, TL9000, 3GPP, UKE). Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English and Polish. Proactive, team-oriented, with strong communication and reporting skills.
