Supervise the regional optimization team in the initial stages of radio network design. Oversee and report on network coverage design progress and performance. Define and implement strategies for regional network optimization, including parameter modification standards. Plan and forecast activities aimed at enhancing regional network coverage quality and performance for the entire team. Manage budget estimations, cost control, progress tracking, and quality assurance for regional optimization and team activities. Launch DT&CQT tests and analyze the measurement results. Plan and manage manpower resources to ensure efficient team operation. Organize and delegate tasks to regional optimization team members effectively. Guide team members in collecting, analyzing, and improving regional network KPIs. Assign team members to conduct DT&CQT tests and analyze the results. Provide technical assistance to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner. Perform additional tasks as requested by superior management. Ensure compliance with all internal rules, regulations, and company policies related to work, administrative duties, reports, and operational procedures. Participate in technical training sessions to continually improve RF optimization skills. Take responsibility for the network optimization team, ensuring strong communication and positive relationships with customers. Requirements: Bachelor or above education in Telecommunication, Electronics Engineering or equivalent At least 7 years of experience in network optimization, with a comprehensive understanding of WCDMA/GSM/CDMA principles, call processing, handover processes, and associated algorithms. Proficient in network optimization technologies and processes, including WCN/CS/PS/RAN, with hands-on experience in SSV/cluster acceptance and troubleshooting. Strong technical skills in network optimization tasks such as testing, performance analysis, and problem resolution. Proven experience in managing subcontractor resources for network-related activities, with the ability to effectively coordinate and delegate tasks. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading international teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of understanding customer needs, addressing complaints effectively, and responding proactively. Strong knowledge of transmission systems, RAN systems, computers, and TCP/IP networks. Proficient in working with both Windows and UNIX operating systems. Fluency in English and Polish.
