Position Title PV Business Development Specialist Position Type Leased labor contract Start Date ASAP Location Germany Contact: Jo Tianchang Li | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 42 Responsibilities: Demonstrate account/partner management skills, including forecasting, customer engagement, and negotiation in the residential sector or commercial & Industrial Sector Identify, develop, and close opportunities within Germany's energy solutions market. Lead and coordinate with internal support teams to ensure clients receive tailored energy solutions, products, and support that meet their residential needs. Responsibility for achieving target fulfillment, including reporting and forecasting. Support strategic planning and target setting together with the director of the business. Promote client solutions across residential key customers and main partners. Requirements: Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) is preferred. Ideally 3 years of experience in a PV sales and solution environment with a focus on technical solutions; Strong communication skills, proactive, and able to effectively engage with clients/partners; highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player, with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, including good listening, probing, and qualification abilities. Fluency in German and English is a must. Potential business travel within Germany is required.
