Implementing engineering and field operations to support the successful delivery of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to planned schedules and budgets. Managing subcontractors in collaboration with the outsourcing department, handling all operational issues related to field activity deployment. Acting as the main point of contact for both central and regional customer deployment teams to ensure timely updates and communication regarding project status and forecasts. Taking full responsibility for delivering engineering solutions as requested by customer deployment teams, ensuring alignment with contractual scope and providing the best possible solutions. Managing project rollouts, including planning, progress and operative rollout planning, from initial request and design to installation, commissioning, and integration,utilizing external partners to facilitate large-scale deployments. Coordinating closely with internal Project Management for smooth handovers, troubleshooting and effective resolution of operational issues. Developing business opportunities for engineering delivery and ensuring comprehensive solutions relevant to client needs. Cooperating with the sales department to gather competitive intelligence, improve planning, continuously improve service solution documentation capabilities, enhancing competitiveness with competitors, developing service offers and proposals. Working alongside the commercial and contract departments to define scopes of work, perform cost and risk analyses for all related service activities. Managing contractual acceptance processes with both customer centralized and recognized teams as well as internal finance to ensure teams and internal finance to ensureEnsure that revenue and invoicing targets are met and adhered to. Requirements: Bachelor or above degree in Telecommunication & Engineering field. More than 8 years in telecommunication with strong knowledge in wireless transmission technologies. Strong experience of maintaining customer relationships Strong negotiation, persuasion and presentation skills Fluent Polish and English (verbal and written).
