Position Title: Program Manager Position Type Permanent Start Date: ASAP Location: Bucharest, Romania Contact: Davor Molnar | +49(0)8923889863 Role overview: In this role, candidates should possess 20+ experience in Temenos (T24) project/program management & will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of banking products (Temenos Implementation), ensuring their successful development, implementation, and continuous improvement. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to deliver high-quality banking solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Responsible for bridging the gap between the business needs and technology solutions within the core banking domain and its interacting applications. Propose an innovative solution which is scalable and avoids any addition of risk (operational risk or delivery risk). Act as a liaison between business users, internal teams and vendors on project management, development, testing, migration, user training and production releases. Strong expertise in Temenos Transact Core Banking with Private Banking domain knowledge. Stakeholder management to ensure no ambiguity on requirements and impact analysis. Diligently document change log, provide project status and escalate to project leads. Support the end-to-end implementation of system changes, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Ensure system solutions align with business needs and regulatory requirements. Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of banking product initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria. Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies, and implementing effective mitigation strategies. Monitoring and reporting on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Driving continuous improvement and innovation in banking product offerings. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as a Program Manager, ideally within the banking or financial services industry. Strong knowledge of banking products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. English and Romanian language needed on the fluent level.
