This role requires deep Nokia application expertise combined with strong executive presence to guide delivery teams on-ground while engaging confidently with customer leadership, influencing architecture decisions, and reinforcing Nokia solution credibility. The candidate must bring both technical depth and strategic advisory capability. Key Accountabilities: Architectural Authority Own end-to-end OSS architecture for Nokia NORC & UIV programs. Define architecture blueprints covering inventory, orchestration, fulfillment, mediation, and integrations. Validate HLD/LLD and ensure alignment with telecom-grade scalability, resiliency, and performance standards. Govern architectural compliance across program lifecycle. Nokia Domain Leadership Deep working knowledge of: Nokia NORC Nokia UIV Nokia OSS ecosystem and integration patterns Lead solution positioning aligned to Nokia best practices. Provide architecture inputs during RFP, transformation, and modernization initiatives. Customer Advisory & Executive Engagement Lead architecture discussions with customer CTO/Architecture teams. Translate business transformation goals into robust OSS solution design. Act as trusted advisor and reinforce confidence in Nokia solution expertise. Provide strategic inputs that influence customer roadmap decisions. Technical Mentorship & Governance Guide and mentor on-ground architects and technical leads. Drive root-cause resolution of complex OSS challenges. Establish architectural governance, design reviews, and quality checkpoints. Ensure multi-vendor interoperability and integration alignment. Mandatory Experience & Expertise: 15+ years in Telecom OSS domain. Strong hands-on and architectural experience in Nokia NORC & UIV (mandatory). Proven E2E OSS architecture ownership in large telecom environments. Strong understanding of: Service & Resource Inventory Service Orchestration Fulfillment flows Northbound/Southbound integrations API frameworks (REST/SOAP) Data models & telecom standards Preferred Strengths: Experience with Tier-1 operators. Exposure to cloud-native deployments (Kubernetes/OpenShift). Experience in OSS modernization and automation initiatives. RFP solutioning and pre-sales architecture exposure. Leadership Traits: Executive presence and credibility. Strong articulation and influencing skills. Structured problem-solving mindset. Ability to operate in high-visibility, complex programs.
