Position Title: Outsourcing Specialist Position Type: 1 year fixed term contract Start Date: July 2025 Location: Warsaw, Poland Contact: Minghui Han | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 34 Responsibilities: Developing and Maintaining Outsourcing Resources: Develop and research new engineer service providers, constantly reach out and contact potential contractors. Cultivate and certify national outsourcing resources,gather and maintain a database of national outsourcing resources. Implement strategies such as outsourcing resources and shares in project execution. Organize outsource performance evaluation, managing outsourcing problems, proposing improvement measures, and organizing improvement. Daily communication, problem management, and relationship maintenance of subcontractors. For project bidding support, the main work is to conduct outsourcing inquiry, analysis, clarification, and negotiation according to the requirements of outsourcing. Support Project Execution: Implementing strategies for managing outsourcing resources and shares during project execution. Monitor Outsource Performance: Track the performance of outsourcing partners, assist in identifying issues, and support improvement efforts. Ensure Process Compliance: Support the verification of compliance with outsourcing processes and help monitor on-site management activities, including purchase orders, settlements, and payments. Maintain Communication with Subcontractors: carry out daily communication ,problem-solving, and maintaining relationships with subcontractors. Possible emergency handling to fulfill project delivery goal. Verifying compliance with outsourcing processes, monitoring and implementing on-site management standard actions, including purchase order issuance, settlement, and payment. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor degree in economics, business administration, engineering or law or have comparable professional experience. At least 2 years of professional experience in similar positions and engineering project experience with local operators or project management experience preferred. Business level in English including the ability to present complex topics in a comprehensive way. Positive, optimistic, proactive, strong sense of self-motivation, a delivery-oriented mindset, and a methodical approach to problem-solving. Strong business negotiation skills required. Willing to work with various corporate sections and take on challenging tasks independently round off your profile. Team player and cooperative, flexible to adjust the schedule based on project requirements. Located in Warsaw and accepts short-term travel within Poland if needed. Fluent in English and Polish.
