Position Title: Lead / OSS Solution Architect – Service Fulfilment (Fixed Line & Wireless) Position Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAP Location: The Hague, Netherlands (hybrid) Contact: Bojan | +49 89 23 88 98 671 MUST Have Experience: 8–12+ years in Telco OSS domain (Fixed and/or Mobile). 5+ years as E2E Fulfilment Designer / Architect. Hands-on experience in OSS fulfilment COTS implementations. Strong solutioning background in large-scale fulfilment programs. Skills Required: Strong experience in OSS Service Fulfilment across Fixed Line and Wireless services. Expertise in designing Order-to-Activate (O2A) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) journeys. Knowledge of OSS-BSS interaction across product, service, and resource layers. Experience in service decomposition, orchestration, provisioning, and activation. Understanding of FTTx, Broadband, Ethernet, IP, RAN, 4G/5G activation flows. Experience with service/resource inventory systems. Knowledge of fallout handling, exception flows, and order recovery. Exposure to COTS fulfilment platforms like OM/Orchestration/Activation. Understanding of TMF ODA, Open APIs, SID, and BPMN processes. Experience using EA, Visio, BPMN 2.0 for modeling. Responsibilities: Engage with customer IT, network, and business teams to define fulfilment requirements. Design E2E fulfilment journeys from order capture to activation and handover. Review legacy fulfilment processes and propose target-state automation. Define service decomposition, orchestration flows, and activation sequences. Ensure alignment between BSS orders, OSS orchestration, and activation systems. Guide agile teams, review LLDs, and ensure solution traceability. Collaborate with architects, SI teams, and vendors to validate delivery.
