Position Title: Lead/OSS Solution Architect (FM, PM Domain) Position Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAP Location: The Hague/hybrid Contact: Bojan | +49 89 23 88 98 671 Responsibilities: Liaison with the customer IT & business operations teams to understand/qualify requirements and buy-in for the proposed solutions Demonstrate problem solving, solution expertise, consultative’s , questioning’s and active listening skills Take proactive approach in solution definition for use-cases in FM/PM domain Review legacy complex FM/PM business rules, processes and propose solutions to simplify end-state logic with e2e automation focus Guide and mentor agile delivery squads, review Implementation level designs, validate all the requirements are met Good communication and presentation skills. Support delivery and program management with estimations and planning. Collaborate with product architects and solution vendors to develop detailed specifications and validate delivery packages. MUST have skills: 8-12+ years of strong experience in Telco OSS domain (Fixed and/or Mobile) with at least 5+ years in the role of e2e designer. Hands-on experience in COTS implementation in FM/PM domains with certification or in-depth solutions / working knowledge of multiple COTS tools. Skills Required: Customer centric and solution oriented OSS Designer/Architect with sound experience in network assurance and operations use-cases at a tier-1/2 telco, particularly fault and performance management. Strong knowledge of e2e assurance journeys and proactive / preventive FM/PM use-cases for fixed and mobile domains, VAS services. Must demonstrate stakeholder and partner collaboration experience as well as a solid understanding of OSS principles, processes, technology and application engineering. Sound knowledge of networking and communication technologies – FTTx, IP, Ethernet, RAN, 5G. Good understanding of NOC/SOC requirements, alarm patterns, to define clear requirements and define e2e automation process from event creation to incident remediation. Deep knowledge of alarm de-duplication, correlation, RCA and service impact analysis. Good understanding of performance metrics critical to service and network performance of broadband, mobile (4G, 5G), voice and IPTV services. Domain / Industry certifications – TMF ODA, Open APIs, 3GPP, at least one assurance COTS package Ability to interpret and code Impact policy, PERL scripts to extract old business rules/logic.
