Optimize processes within the warehouse, VAS and supporting transport flows. Map end-to-end process streams using Value Stream Mapping. Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma improvement projects (DMAIC, Kaizen). Translate analyses into practical solutions and standards that ensure improvements are sustained. Collaborate closely with team leaders, operators, planners, and quality customers. Develop and maintain process documentation, standards and work instructions. Coach and support teams in Lean thinking and continuous improvement. Monitor performance and follow up on improvement projects, report to management and the customer. Implement innovative methods and techniques and create value for the customer. Ensure safety, quality and compliance with warehouse procedures. English fluent, Dutch good to have.
