This includes ensuring effective operation, meeting organizational objectives, and managing relevant tasks and projects. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the level 1 fixed access team. Develop and implement strategies and policies for level 1 fixed access . Monitor performance and implement improvements. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. 8-5, rest on call mode of working (24 Hrs support) Single Point of Contact for customer for Technical program governance, Route cause analysis, meetings, reporting etc for Video domain Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in the Telco/IT field. Extensive experience in level 1 fixed access. Strong leadership and management skills. Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools: OLTs Nokia, OLTs Huawei, DSLAM Nokia, DSLAM Huawei.
