The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high quality standards. Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple delivery projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones. Coordinate cross functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve project objectives. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact delivery timelines or quality. Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Mandatory Skills: Strong Project Management knowledge and experience, with a proven ability to manage complex projects. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a focus on delivering results. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 10-15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on delivery management. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable. Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering high quality results.
