By efficiently managing the network of DSP (Delivery Service Partner) and CSP (Customer Service Partner) franchisees, continuously improve operational timeliness, service quality, and profitability. Maintain sharp insight into courier market dynamics to drive sustainable network growth. Responsibilities DSP and CSP Franchisee Management Partner Development and Optimization: Responsible for the recruitment, screening, contract negotiation, and onboarding of DSP/CSP franchisees within Hungary. Performance Management: Establish and monitor franchisee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as on-time delivery rate, parcel loss/damage rate, and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular business reviews. Relationship Maintenance and Support: Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, building strong, trust-based partnerships. Provide operational guidance, training, and support, resolving escalated operational and commercial disputes. Capability Building: Identify capability gaps among franchisees, lead or coordinate resources to provide solutions (e.g., technical, procedural, management training), enhancing the overall service capability of the network. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all franchisee operations comply with company safety policies, service standards, and local laws and regulations. Billing and Settlement Management Billing Accuracy: Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of all franchisee service fee, incentive bonus, and other charge settlements. Reconciliation and Payment: Lead the monthly settlement and reconciliation process, review and approve payments, ensuring the integrity and compliance of financial procedures. Cost Analysis: Monitor the cost structure of network operations, analyze cost drivers, and propose optimization suggestions to improve network profit margin. Dispute Resolution: Efficiently handle billing inquiries and disputes with franchisees. Operational Timeliness and Service Improvement Timeliness Monitoring and Analysis: Establish and monitor an end-to-end operational timeliness dashboard. Conduct in-depth root cause analysis of delays (by process stage, region, partner). Process Optimization: Lead or collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., sorting centers, linehaul, IT teams) to design and implement process improvement projects, shortening delivery cycles and enhancing timeliness stability. Service Quality Enhancement: Based on customer feedback and operational data, drive the implementation and continuous improvement of service standards, reducing complaint rates. Contingency Management: Develop and rehearse network contingency response plans. During abnormal weather, peak seasons, or sudden operational disruptions, quickly coordinate resources to minimize impact on timeliness and service. Network Planning and Capacity Building Demand Forecasting and Capacity Planning: Integrate business volume forecasts (daily and promotional periods) to assess existing network capacity gaps, and develop phased network capacity expansion or optimization plans. Network Layout Optimization : Analyze delivery density, traffic patterns, and geographic factors to scientifically plan the layout of delivery stations (DSP), service points (CSP), and routes, improving network efficiency. Investment Proposals: Prepare business cases and investment proposals for network infrastructure, equipment, and technology upgrades. New Technology/Model Piloting: Evaluate and promote the piloting and application of new technologies, tools, or operational models beneficial for improving network efficiency. Courier Market Dynamics Insight and Strategic Input Market Research: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, pricing trends, service innovations, and regulatory changes in the Hungarian courier and logistics market. Competitive Analysis: Regularly analyze the network strategies, service offerings, and pricing of main competitors, assessing their potential impact on our own network. Strategic Recommendations: Provide data-backed insights and recommendations for the company’s product design, pricing strategy, and network development strategy in Hungary, based on market understanding. Opportunity Identification: Identify new market opportunities or potential partners to support business expansion. Team Leadership and Cross-functional Collaboration Team Management: Lead the national operations team (e.g., Operations Managers, Analysts), set objectives, provide coaching, and develop talent. Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the operations representative, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Headquarters Network Planning departments to ensure alignment of national operations goals with overall company objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in the logistics/courier industry, with at least 5 years focused on network operations, franchisee management, or regional operations management. Direct working experience in Hungary or the Central European market, familiar with the local business environment and regulations. Excellent data analysis skills, proficient in data-driven decision making (proficiency in Excel required; familiarity with SQL/BI tools is a plus). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, able to collaborate effectively with partners from diverse backgrounds. Strong problem-solving, project management, and execution skills. Strategic thinking and business acumen, capable of linking operational details to macro business goals.
