Position Title: Business Analyst- Digital Product related (Chinese Speaking) Position Type: Employment Start Date: ASAP Location: Madrid, Spain Contact: Zuni Gonzalez | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 456 Responsibilities: Gain insight into and understand the requirements and pain points of digital upgrade; conduct business requirement surveys; guide business requirements; determine requirement boundaries; complete business function design, process optimization, and IT solution design, and drive implementation. Analyze specific business scenarios, user requirements, process specifications, and functional line requirements; design specifications from business requirements to digital product solutions, including key features, user experience, feasibility, upstream and downstream integration solutions; take responsibility for the quality of IT solutions. Assist the project manager in daily project management, including making, tracking and updating the project plan. Manage project documents, such as meeting minutes, project reports, and change applications. Assist the project manager in risk management and problem resolution to ensure that the project is carried out as planned. Requirements: Be familiar with the IT product architecture and software system solutions, and have the capability of designing solutions. Have good business process and business model analysis and design capabilities, rich communication experience, and be able to quickly grasp the core points of requirements. Be able to proactively think and learn, be careful, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be passionate. Have good team spirit, communication and promotion skills, and problem solving skills.
