Als Schichtleiter übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem Unternehmen: Sie führen Ihr Team, sorgen für reibungslose Abläufe und tragen aktiv zur Qualität und Effizienz unserer Fertigung bei. Ihre Aufgaben:

✅ Führung & Organisation: Leitung einer Schicht im 3-Schicht-System und Koordination aller Abläufe im Verantwortungsbereich.

✅ Personalmanagement: Einsatz- und Personalplanung in Abstimmung mit dem Produktionsleiter, Sicherstellung einer optimalen Stellenbesetzung und regelmäßige Tätigkeitsbewertungen.

✅ Teamführung & Entwicklung: Anleitung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter, Aktualisierung der Schulungsmatrix, Förderung der Team-Performance und Durchführung von Workshops zur Qualitätsoptimierung (z. B. 5S, TPM).

✅ Qualität & Sicherheit: Einhaltung der Vorgaben des Qualitätsmanagements und der Arbeitsschutzrichtlinien, Untersuchung von Ausschussursachen, Reklamationsbearbeitung (6-D Report) und Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen.

✅ Prozessoptimierung: Identifikation von Verbesserungsbereichen, Festlegung von Aktionsplänen und Sicherstellung standardisierter Arbeitsmethoden.

✅ Kommunikation & Reporting: Transparenter Informationsfluss innerhalb des Teams, regelmäßige Berichterstattung an Produktions- und Werkleitung.

✅ Verantwortungsbereiche: Steuerung der Auftragsabwicklung, Kommissionierung, Montage sowie JIT/JIS-Anlieferung der Sitze.

Ihr Profil:

✔ Hohe Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
✔ Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und Produktionsprozessen
✔ Kenntnisse in Qualitätsmanagement und Arbeitssicherheit
✔ Organisationsstärke und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
