Senior Asset Manager (m/f/d)

Do you want to take full ownership of a high-impact, multi-market contract portfolio while driving commercial outcomes, strengthening owner relationships, and building scalable processes that support long-term growth?

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

• Contract lifecycle ownership: independently manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ≈300 rental contracts — commercial lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and terminations. Lead capex recovery and exit terms directly, acting as Limehome's primary commercial counterpart.

• Owner relationships: serve as the senior point of contact for all property owners and landlords. Lead conflict resolution and formal dispute management, representing Limehome's position independently and professionally to drive stakeholders to solutions

  protecting our long-term portfolio stability and profitability.

• Portfolio administration: oversee invoicing, utility billing, guarantees, and business registrations with a high standard of accuracy and audit readiness. Proactively identify manual workflows and build tooling that reduces operational overhead.

• Contract & registration database: maintain a real-time, company-wide overview of all contractual deadlines — notice periods, rent adjustments, and option windows. Own all licensing, registration, and permit renewals across markets.

• Team development: develop and implement robust processes across countries and entities. Mentor junior asset managers, set quality and accuracy standards, and build a function capable of supporting continued portfolio growth.

• Cross-functional collaboration: align stakeholders across Expansion, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure seamless, end-to-end portfolio management and a consistent owner experience.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate, lease management, asset management, or a contract-heavy legal role — with a clear track record of independent ownership.

• Legal background: a degree or strong professional grounding in real estate law, or commercial contract management is a decisive advantage.

• Negotiation track record: proven ability to work solution oriented and drive owner or landlord negotiations autonomously, including in complex or contested situations.

• Process-builder mindset: demonstrated experience designing and scaling operational processes in a fast-moving, multi-market environment.

• Automation appetite: hands-on experience with contract management systems, workflow automation tools, or ERP platforms — and a drive to push further.

• Fluent German and English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.

• Exceptional organisation and detail: structured, methodical, and comfortable managing a high volume of concurrent obligations.

• Commercial judgement: able to balance legal precision with pragmatic, business oriented thinking driving commercial success of Limehome as a hospitality player.
