You will join a dynamic and collaborative industrial environment within the Packaging department of Lesaffre Iberica.
馃幆You will be responsible for:

Define and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all microbiology-related tasks

Ensure proper documentation of activities to be performed on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Support automation topics related to weighing systems (scales) and printers, including their integration with SAP and industrial data systems (at least AVEVA PI)

Contribute to the implementation of automaintenance processes, including the setup and structuring of maintenance tasks聽
-
Develop and update SOPs related to: Safety procedures, including LOTO standards

Production and packaging processes
-
ePPDS: support for the testing of the tool
-
AVEVA PI : set up of the tool for all the machines and reporting ( Pi vision ); digitalization of the papers, start of the project for the MES.

CMMS : support for the full list of spare parts & support for all the tasks that need to be completed (yearly planning).
