Within a technological and international industrial environment, you play a key role in ensuring the stability and continuous development of the internal IT infrastructure.
Your main responsibilities include

Installing and configuring IT hardware and software

Administering and evolving internal servers and core technological tools

Preparing and configuring workstations for employees

Monitoring system performance and ensuring optimal operation

Providing technical support to end users

Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software incidents

Contributing to system updates and continuous improvements

Training teams on the use of new technological solutions

Structuring internal technical documentation and contributing to IT procedures
You are a key contributor to the company’s daily operational efficiency.
Vos compétences
🧠 Your Profile

Degree in IT or equivalent experience in systems/network administration

2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure & support environments

Proficiency in English (German and/or French are an asset)

Team player with autonomy and a strong service mindset
