Affiliate Program Management: Oversee and optimize the performance of existing affiliates, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners while nurturing strong relationships with existing ones.

Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics, providing actionable insights to improve affiliate performance.

**Optimization & Growth: **Develop strategies to increase revenue, engagement, and conversion rates within the affiliate network.

Negotiation & Contracting: Manage commercial negotiations with partners, ensuring competitive agreements that benefit both parties.

Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate marketing strategies.
