We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Manager to drive Leisure and/or MICE business to Croatia and the Balkans. You will focus on growing our client portfolio, achieving defined sales targets, and promoting our own products across multiple channels. This role requires a proactive, well-connected professional with strong sales skills and industry knowledge.
Key activities:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Generate business to Croatia and surrounding countries
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Responsible for enlarging the portfolio of KuoniTumlare clients
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Drive sales development and performance for defined Key Accounts in coordination with other sales units
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure follow-up on sales activities and research market for new clients and client opportunities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Participate in sales trips, travel workshops, and fairs locally and internationally
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Lead and execute marketing activities to support sales objectives.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor market trends and competitor activities聽to identify new business opportunities.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide monthly sales reports, including analysis of market conditions and sales activities.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Plan and implement sales delivery targets and KPI鈥檚.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identify and pursue business opportunities arising from local tourism board initiatives and EU-funded projects
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Propose innovative sales strategies based on market intelligence and external opportunities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Utilise digital tools and platforms for market research, opportunity tracking, and client management
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Accompany and lead clients for the critical site inspections and On-site project coordination

We Are Looking for a Person With:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ideally 10+ years of progressive experience in sales within the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term relationship management.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinking, and determination to drive business results and open new markets.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Fluency in Croatian and English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and negotiate effectively at all levels.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Expertise in active sales techniques, including leading sales meetings, presentations, and workshops.
