Key Responsibilities

Lead the product development of supplier self-care portals and procurement tools

Define, communicate, and advocate for product development strategies

Deeply understand customer needs to effectively propose solutions to address identified pains and gains

Manage and prioritize the product backlog for discovery, design, development and market introduction.

Collaborate with global stakeholders and field teams to drive rollouts and user engagement.
Role Requirements
-
Solid understanding of Human-Centered Design (HCD) and Service Design principles.

Proven track record of delivering against strategic objectives and operating targets.

Experience working in an agile delivery organization; strong knowledge of agile principles, techniques, and tools.

Strong influencing and communication skills to foster client relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
Skills & Qualifications
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience designing, developing, managing, and operating customer-facing channels or front-end applications.

Proficient in written and spoken English.
