We are looking for a **Sales Manager, IS Romania **
In this role you will provide leadership of the country service sales team and direct sales activities that occur in the relevant market. The Sales Manager is the primary driver of all sales related matters, which could impact on the safety of Konecranes personnel, customer satisfaction, salespeople development and profitable sales growth.
Reporting line: Sales Director, ISE EMEA East (in matrix reporting to ISE Director, Romania)
Main Job Objective:

Develop, lead and manage the service sales team to achieve the agreed Sales Targets as detailed in the current Sales Plan, Incentive Scheme, and Performance Management System.

The role will require some direct sales activities including selling of agreements, services, modernisations and retrofits within a designated territory.

Ensure that each team member is performing at their highest potential and aligned with the company's sales goals.

Foster a customer-focused environment to capture new business opportunities and generate maximum growth from the team's area of responsibility.
Overall responsibilities:

Establish, follow up and act on sales KPIs and goals, according to business plan.

Visualize the targets and goals into a compelling customer and sales story.

Support employees to work according to agreed ways in order to enable that desired goals are met.

Develop team members' skills and competences.

Follow actively relevant sales activities, sales development, customer satisfaction.

Sales performance management of people and the team.

Funnel management including data accuracy, funnel quantity by sales stage and by strategic product.

Provide accurate short, medium, long term order forecasts built from salesperson up through the hierarchy to the relevant area of responsibility.

Competitor analysis information to support sales strategy.

Creation and management of systematic sales campaigns driven by data and market requirements.

Setting the direction of the relevant business in line with country annual and long-range plans.

Drive Customer Segmentation and relevant account management.

Situational pricing overview and coaching especially on large cases in conjunction with Win Planning.

Build high performing sales organisation.
